A 1:1 meeting is an open-ended and anticipated conversation typically between a manager and an employee.

The 1:1 Meetings module helps to create a holistic experience between the manager and the employees by allowing them to set up recurring 1:1 meetings, plan meeting agenda in advance, share real-time feedback and take actions based on the meaningful insights.  #2021-22

Check-ins are usually conducted by setting up recurring meetings. This takes a lot of time and efforts.

 

"Team Check-in" are regular recurring mini-surveys sent out to employees on a regular basis. It provides admin and managers with stats on their teams sentiments for them to take action on. #2021-22

The previous internal communication broadcast team at Wipro sent emails to the employees in bulk with no proper targeting system.

 

Employees wasted a lot of time filtering the relevant ones. We build a web based portal (website & mobile app) which employees can refer on self service basis. #2020

The current landing page of Engagedly is very modular. Users don’t know what to do. The purpose of the page deviates from the E3 strategy that Engagedly believes in: Engage, Enable, & Execute.

The new landing page moves away from this approach to more value based, compelling, clear, and functional one; solving for ‘Why am I here?’.

The brief was to re-design the website that can:

  • Be used to display the MAP’s vast arts collection online and make information easily accessible.

  • Help Increase footfalls in the museum.

  • Showcase the space as a place which is open and light.

  • Remove the elitist tag from Art and encourage a feeling of enjoyment, engagement, participation.

  • Serve as an e-commerce extension to showcase and sell curios from the museum shop.

After studying the hindrances that the govt, staff and public face; we understood that the  challenge in achieving 100% immunisation in India is related to collecting, analysing and utilising data.

We proposed an app based solution to help the govt overcome this issue. How the solution can be extended to overcome other problems that govt face as well has been documented as well. #2018

A study demonstrates that on average human spend 16 minutes every weekday morning deciding what to wear, around 14 minutes on a weekend. 

Among other features, "My Wardrobe' allows users build their virtual closet and plan in advance using the calendar feature to help them save their precious time. #2017
